teaser rules confusing

The way different books handle teaser rules is throwing me off. Some spots let you push if a leg ties, others count it as a loss, and a couple just void the whole bet. I always thought ties just dropped off and adjusted your payout, but apparently not everywhere. Found out the hard way last week when I had a 6.5-point tease on the Giants and they landed on exactly 6.

I get that house rules are a thing, but it feels inconsistent. Makes me wonder if I’m missing out on better value or protections just by picking the wrong platform. Curious how you all approach this when you’re running teasers, especially with football.
