bovada says my account is under trading review after one soccer totals win

Put in a small over/under on a random soccer match yesterday, and logged in today to a “trading review” message. Wasn’t even a big win, barely over a hundred. Account got locked and I can’t access sportsbook or casino until they finish their “review.” Tried to contact support but just got the copy-paste responses and no timeline. All I ever do is play a little roulette and slots, mostly small stakes, and not even every week.

Not sure if I flagged something without realizing or if they just randomly do this. Has this happened to anybody else after a normal win? I’d understand it if I was using some crazy betting method or moving huge amounts, but I’m about as boring and steady as it gets. Only had this account for a couple months and haven’t done any bonuses or cashouts. I’m feeling a bit uneasy. Just want to know if I should stay calm or if this is a bad sign.
