limits after arbing?

so i started trying a bit of low-key arbing here and there, just small stakes since i’m not trying to get flagged fast. heard a lot about people having their limits slashed or even getting their accounts closed. honestly i double check everything before making a move but it still feels like you’re playing chicken with the book. some folks say you can last longer if you mix in losing bets or random action, but does that really help?
