Blackjack game speed: why do some dealers rush way too much

Lately I’ve noticed some blackjack dealers barely give you time to think before they’re snapping out another round. I get they want to keep the game moving, but it gets annoying when you’re trying to count or just double-check your play and suddenly they’re pushing cards and chips everywhere. Makes me feel rushed, like they’re trying to get more hands in for the house edge. Anyone else feel like you get a different vibe depending on the shift or the pit boss? Curious how others deal with it, especially on busy nights.
