Back to Blackjack

anyone ever successfully used the Zen count at a casino?

so i’ve been going down the rabbit hole reading up on different blackjack strategies and stumbled on the zen count. lots of people rave about hi-lo and stuff but you don’t hear as much about this one. the extra complexity seems like it could offer an edge but i wonder if it really translates to anything in real life. guessing it’s harder to keep up with after a couple drinks or if you’re tired, but maybe the potential for a better true count is worth it?

my focus has always been on slots and maybe some live roulette because you can just chill and watch. card counting never felt natural, but i’m curious about how folks have made the zen count work in the chaos of a real casino. the pit bosses around here are always watching like hawks. anyone actually stuck with zen and walked away up, or does it just lead to burning out?

Zen works sober. After drinks it's toast. Hi-Lo gets you there with way less fuss, annoyingly
