played perfect pairs for fun and now casino says bonus play was not allowed

So I was messing around with perfect pairs on blackjack, just for a break from my usual roulette spins. Used a bonus they gave me, figured it was no biggie since I’ve seen side bets allowed before. Now they’re saying bonus play isn’t valid for perfect pairs and any winnings from that session are getting taken away. Nothing about it in the promo terms from what I saw, unless it’s buried somewhere I missed.

I’ve been sticking to low stakes, not trying to skirt any rules. Now I’m paranoid about even trying side bets or anything outside plain base games with promos. Anyone else dealt with this before?

Yeah lol, side bets under bonus play are where casinos suddenly remember they have “rules.” Perfect Pairs gets treated like the same junk tier as slots promos in my experience: fine until it hits, then they hide behind wording and nuke the session. Lmao

roulette getting a pass doesn’t make blackjack side stuff any less messy, that’s the part that gets me. if i see a continuous shuffler and a bonus balance at the same time i just assume noooo cute extras, same as not touching the $6.99 airport trail mix in my head
