played low stake hands all night then one £25 hand and bonus got reviewed

Was playing blackjack live dealer, mostly sticking to little £1 bets, slow grind style like usual. Got bored and tossed £25 down on one hand, luck hit and the bonus payout popped. Dealer didn’t blink but right after, my payout didn’t show up and got that “review in progress” thing. Not sure if me suddenly upping the stake triggered some flag or if it’s just random.
