Back to Blackjack

played one hand during connection lag and casino says decision was final.

Had a weird one this morning. Was playing a quick blackjack hand before work, but my wifi glitched right as I hit “stand.” By the time it reconnected, the dealer had already drawn and the hand was closed. Support told me the decision was final and there’s nothing they can do since “the action registered on their end.” Never had this problem with live dealer, just regular online. Feels like a waste to lose because of lag and not my play.

Has anyone else dealt with this before, and did you ever get it resolved or just have to let it go?

Yeah, that sucks, and i get why it feels like they stole a hand. But the part i'd push back on is “live dealer should handle this better.” a lot of these crypto casino setups just dump responsibility on the game provider logs, and if your stand hit their server, you're cooked. I've had it happen twice. Never got “resolved,” just got boilerplate and a dead session. That's the real product.
