bet365 blackjack side bet accepted but main hand rejected because of lag.

Had this weird thing happen last night - put in my usual blackjack bet, added a side bet for fun, and my side bet went through but the main hand didn’t because the table lagged out or something. So I was just sitting there with only the side bet riding. Dealer actually gave me the bonus on the side, but I never got to play the hand itself.

Is this a common glitch with these online tables or just a one-off weird moment? Not complaining since I technically came out ahead, but curious how the system prioritizes processing bets when it’s laggy. Anyone else ever get stuck watching only a side bet play out?

Actually side bet can lock before the hand.

Not saying it’s “normal” normal, but yeah i’ve seen this kind of split-bet crap before, and it’s usually the side bet that sneaks through because it locks a hair earlier than the main wager. Live tables aren’t one clean click, they’re basically separate little bet calls dressed up like one hand. So if the frontend hiccups, you can get this dumb half-state where the bonus sits but the hand never seats you. That’s the part people miss

Bet365 especially has always felt a little janky on the interface side to me, same vibe as their roulette when it gets weird and doesn’t refresh right. Crypto casinos do this too, maybe worse, just faster so people pretend it’s smoother lol. If the dealer kept moving and you got paid the side, i’d bet the server accepted that packet and rejected the main after the cutoff. Ugly, but not magic. I’d be more shocked if support could explain it straight tbh

Same wiring as their live sports betting feed, if you ask me. I had bet365 void a roulette win on a refresh wobble once, soooo a side bet landing while the seat bet dies feels exactly like their house style, just with a dealer shift and nicer lighting.

I don’t think it’s the same wiring so much as separate bet packets getting stamped at different times, and bet365 has been doing that locked-balance/manual-approval nonsense on roulette forever. Crypto Casinos usually feel cleaner on this exact edge case, even when the dealer shift goes clack-clack and the stream hiccups mid-bet
