live blackjack lag made me stand on 15 by accident and support says final decision counts

So I’m playing live blackjack and the game’s lag made me stand on a 15 instead of hitting. I instantly reached out to support hoping they’d at least look into it but all I got was the canned "all decisions are final" message. I get that they can’t change every little thing but this was 100% a tech issue, not a slow decision or user error. It’s super frustrating because it killed my whole session, not to mention I was betting higher than usual.

Has anyone actually gotten a real resolution from support in situations like this, or is it always a brick wall? Do they ever review gameplay logs when there’s legit lag, or are we just stuck with whatever the system records no matter what?

Yeah, the bit people miss with live dealer is the stream and the decision feed aren’t really the same thing. I’ve had the video look fine while the input side hiccups, and the logs conveniently only care about the click.

What gets me is live roulette does the same sneaky crap, wheel looks normal, then the betting panel hangs just enough to lock you out and support goes full bot-brain lol. Real fix? Nah, basically never saw one

Yep, logs love the misclick, not the 2.3 sec freeze

Support stares at the click log like it’s gospel lol, never mind the 2.1 sec input freeze. Same joints that spam “50 free spins” promos somehow can’t see lag on a $75 hand, lmao.
