Dealer hit after stand?

so i’m sitting at a live dealer blackjack table, trying to mind my own, sticking to basic strategy. i stand on 16 against a dealer’s 6. then, somehow, the dealer draws another card after my stand and busts. nobody seems phased except me. chat’s dead silent and dealer just carries on like it’s nothing.

i’m starting to wonder if this happens more than i think on live games. in roulette, i’ve seen some weirdness but never anything like this. maybe the camera angle messed with me, but still feels off. anybody else ever notice stuff like this with live dealers? i unplug my toaster before leaving home just in case it decides to act up, but can’t really do that with online tables. if there’s a trick to catching these things, i’d rather know now than learn the hard way.

More often it's latency, not a rogue Hit. I've seen live tables show actions out of order. Slots glitch too, and chat acts like it's normal.

Small correction: your stand only parks your hand, it doesn’t park the dealer. If that 6 was sitting on 12 through 16 under the hole card, live dealer has to hit it!!!
