dealer 6 upcard somehow never busts anymore

Lately I've just about lost faith in the old "dealer 6 is a bust card" logic. Used to feel safe standing on a weak hand if they showed a 6, but the past month it's like they're always pulling out the perfect card to save themselves. I know variance is a thing, and we shouldn't just live by streaks, but this feels a little beyond just a rough patch. It’s the same in live dealer and virtual tables too, not just in-person games.

Trying to stay calm and not tilt, but it's making me question the whole strategy I stick to. Anybody else noticing this or am I just hitting a weird run? Have you changed up your play against the 6 upcard lately?

the assumption is the problem. a dealer 6 still doesn’t bust most of the time, it’s roughly 42% in standard blackjack, so standing there was never some safe little pillow sooo yeah, feels worse than it is 🙂

nah, weird run haha. but yeah live dealer 6s feel cursed lately. i've had elite blackjack save them with a 5 way too often
