Slower blackjack tables

I end up doing better on the slower blackjack tables, even if they're a bit boring compared with the fast ones.

On the quick tables I start playing hands I would skip if I had another few seconds to look at it. Not even big crazy plays, just dumb little ones where I hit or stand too fast and then after it I know I rushed it.

The slower live tables give me time to check what I have, what the dealer has, and what the last card was (if that even matters much here). I know some people hate waiting, but for me it stops me clicking through hands.

Right now I'm trying to decide if I should stick to the slower tables only, because when I move to a fast one I burn through like $100 without even noticing it properly.

Do you play better on the slower tables too or do you get thrown off by the waiting and lose focus?

Has anyone switched over to slower tables on purpose and kept it that way?

I'm not talking about side bets or anything, just normal blackjack where the pace isn't pushing every decision on you straight away.

Wish the slow ones fixed that for me. How many sessions in before the pace stopped feeling like waiting?
