BetMGM deposit match cap

Has anyone hit the deposit match cap on these promos lately? I keep seeing ads for “up to” whatever big number, but when I actually check the terms, the max usually feels pretty underwhelming. I’m mostly in for the roulette and blackjack tables, so I try to stretch these offers as much as possible but I never seem to hit the full advertised amount before the cap kicks in. It gets annoying since they hype it up and then you find all the fine print with tiny max limits.

Does anyone have a strategy to make the most out of the deposit match, or is it just kinda pointless for regular casino players like us?
