daily wheel landed $25 but account only credited $5 and support says display error

spun the daily wheel and it clearly said $25 free play, then i go to my account and only got $5. chatted with support and they’re saying it’s just a “display error” and i was supposed to get $5 the whole time. not the first time this happened with promos either but i’ve never had the wheel actually show a different amount like that. i took a screenshot but they didn’t care.

anyone else seen this or is it just a me thing? do they ever fix it or is it just easier to drop it and move on?

Yeah I’ve seen that crap on sportsbook promos too, wheel says one thing, wallet gets another, then support hides behind “display error” lol. Screenshot should matter but they almost never fix it, cheap move lmao

Which casino? Sugar house and bet rivers do it to me all the time

Mine was a wheel promo on a river-branded book, not even the credit amount, the part that got me was they act like the wheel animation isn’t part of the offer at all lol, like it’s decorative. If the thing can show prizes it won’t honor, that’s not a little glitch, that’s busted promo design and they know it. I’d stop wasting chat reps and go straight to the promo team/email with the screenshot and the exact spin time, that’s the only time i got a manual fix. Did your screenshot catch the date/time and the little prize text under the wheel, or just the big $25 graphic? Your call

If you have a screenshot showing the $25 prize, I'd keep pushing for a proper explanation. Even if it was a display issue, they should be able to explain why the wheel showed the wrong amount. I've seen similar promo discussions involving Gamdom.
