betway matched bonus got voided because i played one live game by mistake.

I followed the T&C pretty closely and thought I was in the clear with the bonus, but ended up opening a live game out of habit and placed one tiny bet there. Not even thinking about the restrictions, just clicked by reflex. They flagged it quick and now my matched bonus is voided completely. Kinda frustrating since it was clearly just a slip, not an angle shot.

Is there any point in appealing this or am I just out of luck? Curious if anyone here’s managed to get a bonus reinstated after a mistake like this.

yeah nah i'd still send the appeal, but only so there's a paper trail, i would not expect a damn thing back lol. these books love acting like intent doesn't exist once the live dealer log has a timestamp on it. i had support close 3 bonus tickets on me in one month with the same canned paragraph, same punctuation and all lmao, and on mobile it's stupid easy to fat-finger into live by habit, that's the part that always gets me!!!

Maybe appeal it, sure, but I wouldn’t waste the afternoon. One live Blackjack hand is enough for them to slam the door, and those bonus terms are written for exactly that.
