betmgm casino mission completed but collect button never appeared.

finished one of those missions earlier today - played the required hands, got the points, even the little tracker thing moved to “mission complete” - but after that the collect button never showed up. tried logging out, refreshing, even switched browsers just in case. no pop-up, nothing in the rewards tab either. not my first time grinding promos so i know the usual delays, but this just feels off. kind of wish i had screenshotted everything.

i know some of you are more patient, but it bugs me because it throws off my plan for rolling bonuses through a few crypto sites this week. anyone else run into this and get it resolved without having to spam support tickets? is there a trick i’m missing or am i just at the mercy of a slow backend?

Nah, that’s promo jank, not you. BetMGM missions do this annoying thing where the bonus side acts like you’re done but the claim bit just ghosts, and support usually has to nudge it manually!!! I’d stop chasing the next promo till they credit this one, honestly. Brutal.

nah, that's backend lag, not you. blackjack missions love marking complete before the reward service catches up, lol

Yeah I'd be looking at the fine print before the browser stuff, BetMGM loves making a mission say complete on the front end while the actual reward only counts if it was the exact game category or stake band. That's the difference with a lot of crypto casinos, janky as they are, the promo rules are usually dumber but clearer.
