Casumo loyalty system vs cashback

I had this come up on Casumo this week after a bad run, and the loyalty side just annoyed me more than it helped. I was down about 200, got some progression on the loyalty track, but it still felt worse than just getting a straight cashback amount back. What I ran into was pretty simple: - loyalty rewards were delayed and uneven - cashback would have been clear from the start - the offers changed as I moved up - I still ended up with less usable value. I’ve checked the promo page and support replies, and it still looks messy! What are people here taking if it’s one or the other? Has anyone had Casumo’s loyalty rewards work out better over a month, thank you
