can you actually use reviews to predict your personal experience

The more I read casino reviews, the more I get confused if any of it actually lines up with real experience. One guy says payouts are instant, another claims they’re waiting six days and still nothing. I look for things like, do blackjack games disconnect, or if live dealer lags - some folks never mention that at all and just rant about losing streaks, like variance isn’t a thing.

It’s tempting to treat reviews like some predictor for what will happen if I sign up, but honestly, I’ve been surprised more than a few times in both good and bad ways. Maybe the picky ones post more, or people just get luckier or unluckier in the short run. I’m a blackjack guy and I care about even minor issues at the tables, so one bad connection and that’s a dealbreaker for me, but others seem to not even notice.

How much weight do you actually give reviews before joining a new site?
