Crypto casino smart contract audits: does anyone actually verify these

every time i see a new crypto casino hyping up their “fully audited” smart contracts, i wonder how many people actually look into that. i mean, i know you can check the report if they post it, but does anyone here really bother digging through those pdfs or checking the code? feels like most just see “audited” and move on, but isn’t the whole point of crypto that we’re not just trusting random promises?

i just don’t want to risk the bankroll on some platform just because of a fancy seal. do you actually trust these audits, or does anyone here do their own homework?

Yeah I dont read the PDFs either, learned that after I played Roulette on one crypto dump and they changed the bonus rollover after I won. Audited stamp didnt help me for shit then

Maybe a few do, yesss, but I still don’t care much about the audit part. In crypto casino play I look at one thing: whether cashouts get weird after a Poker heater, because that’s where these outfits show themselves real real fast, and lately too many of them start stalling right there.

honestly the dumb obvious answer is no, almost nobody is reading that stuff. they see “audited” and their brain goes great, safe enough, moving on... and that’s exactly why i don’t give that badge much weight by itself. i want to know who did it, when, and whether the contract changed after. i’ve seen audit reports that were 28 pages long and still said basically nothing useful once you got past the shiny cover page and the stamp
