vip host ignoring me

Used to get regular check-ins from my VIP host, now it's been crickets for a month. I haven’t changed my deposit amounts or playstyle, so it's not like I've dropped off the map or anything. They always said to reach out for “anything at all,” but my messages just sit there unread. Not sure if I got shuffled around to a different host, or if they’re just swamped or ghosting people who don’t drop huge numbers.

I like to keep all my bets organized and sometimes need help on tracking down old transactions or getting payout updates. Used to get fast responses, now nada.
