vip host vanished

My VIP host disappeared a few days back, just stopped answering messages out of nowhere. I’ve played steady at the same casino for almost two years, always got replies from her within a few hours tops. I know hosts get busy but this is way off the usual. No message about leaving or even an auto-reply. Noticed my cashback didn't show up on the usual day either.

Anyone else dealt with something like this? Did your host ever ghost you and did it mean something was up with your account? Wondering if I should just ping customer service or wait a bit more. If you’ve had this happen, did you end up with a new host or have to start from scratch with someone else?
