roobet says duplicate device but its literally my old phone and new phone

Switched from my ancient Android to a new iPhone and now it keeps saying I’ve got a duplicate device. All I did was log in on the new one after logging out on the old, and now I can’t access anything, even after clearing cache and trying different browsers. I barely even use my old phone anymore. Haven’t had issues on any other casino sites, just this one being all strict. Kind of feel like they think I’m a scammer when it’s just me updating my tech for once.

Anyone else run into this? Did you get it fixed or just give up? I’m starting to wonder if support even looks at these requests.

Yeah, I’d give up. Roobet always feels like it’s looking for one flimsy excuse to jam the door shut, same reason I quit bothering with their Poker promos ages ago. Boring site, basically.

Nah, I wouldn’t just give up over that, that part bugs me. The duplicate-device thing is dumb, sure, but with Roobet the real tell is whether they unfreeze you once you hand them the same boring KYC stack they always want. I had them lock me right after a little blackjack run, not even a huge cashout, and once I sent the selfie, bill, the whole stupid school play packet, it moved. Slow, yes. Boring, yes. But not always a dead account, sometimes it’s just support making you crawl for no reason.

Had it once on a sportsbook app, took 9 days and 3 tickets, support barely read it.
