sol withdraw delayed again

My SOL withdrawal is in limbo again. This isn’t the first time, but it’s happening more often lately. I went through the standard stuff - checked the blockchain, the explorer shows nothing for hours, live chat blames “network congestion” as usual. My account's been pretty active with a lot of roulette and blackjack bets, nothing out of the ordinary, unless they're flagging something weird behind the scenes.
