BC.Game vault locked?

Noticed my vault is showing as "locked" after logging in earlier and I'm not sure if it's just maintenance or something else. Been moving profits there to play it safe after some bigger wins, so having it inaccessible is stressing me out a bit. Never had this pop up before - usually it's just instant access. Checked my email, but nothing from support yet.

Curious if anyone else is dealing with the same vault issue today or if it’s just me. Trying to decide if I should chill for a bit or start tracking support down. Has anyone had this happen and is there some trick to unlocking it faster, or is it always just waiting on support to fix it?
