betfury vault transfer shows complete but balance still in old wallet.

made a vault transfer earlier today, clicked through all the prompts, tx hash shows complete but my funds still show in the old wallet, not in the site balance. i double checked the blockchain and it's confirmed, not stuck or anything. i know timing can sometimes be weird but it's been about two hours and usually, these vault moves are instant or like five minutes tops for me.

i'm trying to decide if i should just wait longer or bother support. anyone ever have a situation like this where it eventually sorted out by itself? worried if i send another transfer it'll just stack up and get messier. always seems to happen on days when the baccarat tables run cold anyway.

I’d send support the TX hash, transfer time, amount, and screenshots of the confirmed transaction so they can trace it.

Nah, the tx hash part is almost beside it for me, if their internal ledger’s wonky, support already knows where it broke. Had this once right before blackjack and it just sat there looking stupid!!!

If the blockchain is confirmed but the BetFury balance still shows the old amount after two hours, I’d contact support rather than sending another transfer.

BetFury says transaction statuses can be checked under Account → Transactions, so I’d compare that status with what the wallet shows.

I'd stop there, one transfer is enough. Live dealer goes warm and this junk hits, i hate that for you

Two hours is already the answer!!! On poker sites i've had one show late, not two. Don't send another thing, make support pull the ledger
