betfury vault transfer shows complete but balance still in old wallet.

made a vault transfer earlier today, clicked through all the prompts, tx hash shows complete but my funds still show in the old wallet, not in the site balance. i double checked the blockchain and it's confirmed, not stuck or anything. i know timing can sometimes be weird but it's been about two hours and usually, these vault moves are instant or like five minutes tops for me.

i'm trying to decide if i should just wait longer or bother support. anyone ever have a situation like this where it eventually sorted out by itself? worried if i send another transfer it'll just stack up and get messier. always seems to happen on days when the baccarat tables run cold anyway.
