bc.game vip points dropped after maintenance and support says visual bug.

so i noticed after the last maintenance my vip points dropped a ton, like i wasn’t seeing the rewards i was used to for my spins and action. support gave me the canned “visual bug” answer and said it’ll go back to normal, but nothing’s changed for days now. anyone else seeing this? i’m not really buying the visual bug thing because the drop was too specific, not just a display thing but affecting progress and daily bonuses too.

been grinding slots and poker most nights so i always notice even small shifts in the numbers, and i can’t be the only one clocking this. do these “visual bugs” ever actually fix themselves or is this just the new reality and support’s stalling?
