casino credited my ltc deposit twice then removed more than the duplicate amount

yeah so i get they’re supposed to claw back if they mess up and double a crypto deposit, that part’s fine. happened to me once before, i get the logic. but this time they took back even more than what they duplicated, so my balance actually went negative for a bit. i only noticed because i was gonna throw a few bets on late night roulette and the funds were off.

i checked the tx history, made screenshots, sent support a message, but all they said was “error corrected.” does anyone else watch their deposits like a hawk? feels like they just push a button without checking the numbers. roulette swings enough without random subtractions, you know? if this keeps up it messes with any kind of risk management.
