crypto casino says my xrp tag was wrong but deposit page never showed one.

so i sent some xrp to the casino, tried to top up for some live dealer late night blackjack action. their deposit page just gave me the wallet address, nothing about a tag or memo. i figured maybe they do matching by wallet only. now, support says the tag was missing and i’m out my deposit unless i “contact their blockchain team,” which sounds like code for get lost. i double checked, not a single tag or memo field anywhere. not even in the fine print, and i actually looked this time.

anyone else ever have a casino’s deposit page skip the tag part? do they just randomly not require it or am i losing my mind here? feels sketchy because every other site hammers you with those warning banners about using the tag or else. wondering if this is some new way for them to drag things out or if i missed something obvious. what do you all do when sending xrp and the tag is totally missing?
