Originals vs slots house edge

hi guys quick thing, I don't get why so many people here go straight to slots when the originals are sitting there on lower edge (before any rakeback or bonus). I had a session this week and watched the balance disappear WAY faster on slots than on dice, and it just made me wonder... Anyone else end up back on originals after trying slots for a bit? Do you ever think the hit rate tricks people into ignoring the edge?
