live dealer support keeps asking for screenshots like i record every hand lol

Got a bit of a rant here. Every time there’s an issue with a live dealer game, support wants screenshots or recordings to “verify” what happened. Do they really expect us to record every single hand we play? I’m there for the real-time action, not running screen recorders 24/7 just to catch a payout error or a weird glitch. Maybe I missed a hand or two, sure, but the whole point of playing live is the vibe, not digital paperwork.

Feels like a big deflection move by them too. Like, they know most people aren’t actually keeping constant records so they don’t have to resolve half the complaints. I get needing some proof if it’s a giant claim, but if I’m talking about a $25 hand not being settled, are we really gonna play this document-everything game? If you’re gonna offer live games, prioritize systems that track hands and outcomes cleanly, don’t shove the hassle on us.

I almost never have screenshots ready either. Usually I just give them the table name and approximate time, and they're able to find the hand.
