dealer chat muted?

Noticed the dealer chat was locked last night during a baccarat session. No pop-up explaining why, just suddenly couldn't type anything, and it wasn't showing messages from anyone else either. The shoe was halfway through, so didn't think it was shift change or a new dealer thing. Wondering if this happens a lot or if I triggered some kind of auto-mute by asking about house edge earlier on. Kind of miss being able to at least say "thanks" after a streak, though most of the time I don't say much anyway.

Anybody here know what usually causes them to mute the chat mid-game? Is it a glitch or did I break some unwritten rule by bringing up RTP in chat?
