shoe history missing

just noticed last night while watching a live blackjack table, the shoe history just vanished halfway through the shoe. i rely on those past hand results to keep track of patterns and sometimes it helps with my risk management approach, even if i know it’s not magic. not sure if it glitched out or if there’s something new in their software. super frustrating though since that’s like my main way to avoid getting lost on a long session.

i know some folks say you shouldn’t trust the shoe history too much, but for me it’s less about streaks and more about having some kind of record, even if it’s just for my own headspace. anyone else having the shoe history drop off, or am i missing an update they rolled out? i really hate feeling blind at the table especially after i’m locked in for a few hands. would love some input from regulars who grind the live dealer tables a lot.

Yeah, that sounds like the history overlay crapping out, not some deep strategy thing. Ive had the same kind of garbage on live roulette where the spin history panel freezes while the wheel feed keeps rolling, and once the UI desyncs youre basically babysitting a broken dashboard. Same family as those live dealer audio issues where support acts like youre imagining it. If the cards were still being dealt normal and only the record vanished, I'd blame the client, not a secret update. Did the table ID or dealer tag change right when it disappeared, or did it blank mid-shoe with everything else unchanged?

if the little history box disappears im not doing detective work im cutting my bet to table min right there, thats the whole thing for me. not bc the past hands mean magic, just bc once my own tracking is gone i start pressing dumb in blackjack and volatility gets way uglier fast. could be client junk sure, but mid shoe with no record is enough for me to sit on my hands till bet re open or leave

What gets me is whether the Rebet button was still live when the history dropped, because that’s the kind of cheap little client hiccup that turns a normal session into slots-brain in about three hands. Did your table let you clear it clean, or was it sticky too?
