live dealer game history missing the hand where i hit side bet

Noticed my live dealer game history is missing the hand where I hit the side bet for a decent chunk. I keep pretty close tabs on my sessions, so I know it definitely happened. Kinda makes me wonder how accurate these logs really are, or if anyone else has had sessions go missing - especially the big wins. Is this just some bug or is it tied to crypto sites handling records differently than fiat ones?

Does missing history ever affect withdrawals or is it just something cosmetic? Curious what people think about tracking wins and losses if the site records aren't trustworthy.

"decent chunk" lolll that's the bit, if the stream lagged on a poker side hand the history can show up wonky, seen that dumb stuff before

Stream lag sure, but was it actual 3 card poker or some weird side prop in the live lobby, those are always the ones that go missing

Which side prop, pair plus or 6 card?

6 card vanishes more, yeah. Side bet logs and main hand logs can split in live dealer, especially on mobile, cosmetic until support turns theatrical.

6 card? That's the one I see vanish more. Was this on mobile, or full desktop lobby?

Lmao "weird side prop in the live lobby" is exactly the junk live casino software loves to lose, same energy as bet365 roulette ghost spins lol

"decent chunk" always means under 200 😏 and yeah, live dealer side bets are where online casinos magically get amnesia.

Yeah i had live results just skip a side bet hit once on a crypto place, support was useless!!! Payout still came, history stayed wrong though

"decent chunk" is doing a lot of work there. If it was blackjack 21+3 for under $100, half these live logs act like the hand never existed.

Yeah that stinks, if the real cards hand is gone i'd assume their history feed glitched, not your memory

"real cards" is exactly where the promo credit hands go fuzzy, in my experience.
