matched deposit bonus only counted my first deposit but promo page said next deposit

So I ran into something weird with this matched deposit promo. The promo page said it’d match my next deposit but only the first one got counted for the bonus. I double checked because it said “next” deposit not “first” so I figured I could throw in a small test deposit, then a bigger one to get max value, but the bonus triggered on the first and ignored the second. I didn’t want to push support right away since maybe I missed some fine print or maybe they’re being sneaky. Has anyone else had this happen with these promos, where they word it just vague enough to trip you up? Did anyone get it sorted or am I just out of luck?

casino says my eth deposit is “manual credit only” even tho address was correct

Sent ETH to my casino wallet and it's saying “manual credit only.” Double-checked everything, even compared the wallet address down to the last digit. Never had this before, usually crypto hits pretty much instantly or not at all. Support says they gotta check it over. Been nearly a full day. Feeling antsy about it but trying to play it cool because I know mistakes happen, even with tech. Just curious if anybody’s dealt with this and how long I should expect. Not gonna bug support every hour, but kinda weird, right? Never had my deposit flagged like that when the address was spot on.

draftkings slot replay says round not found for the exact spin that won.

Hit a pretty decent win last night, nothing earth-shattering, but enough to get the heart beating a bit. Was gonna show the replay to a friend since we love breaking down these wild spins, but when I clicked the replay, all I got was a "round not found" message right where the big one happened. I checked a bunch of other spins from the session and those all loaded just fine. It’s literally just the one that mattered. I know sometimes the replays glitch out or whatever, but kinda feels sketchy when it’s exactly the big win. I’m not trying to start some tinfoil hat thing here, but I also like proof when luck finally hits. Is this normal? Anyone else have this specific thing happen on a win, not just random spins?

rollover math wrong?

So I keep seeing these deposit bonuses with rollover requirements, right? The numbers always look off to me when I try to track how much I've wagered. Like, if the promo is "10x rollover," I’ll deposit $100 and get a $100 bonus. By my math, 10x of $100 is a thousand bucks, but some places act like you need to bet $2000 before the rollover is cleared. Other times, it seems like only my bonus money is counted, or sometimes it's just my cash. Feels intentionally murky. Does it depend on the games you play or are they all just counting on us not double-checking? Anyone else feel like the site math never adds up quite how you expect? How do you guys keep track of what counts towards rollover?

draftkings jackpot tab showed eligible but win got marked promo excluded.

I hit for a pretty solid win on one of the progressives under the jackpot tab. It showed as eligible before I started playing, but when the win hit it popped up marked as “promo excluded.” I double checked the fine print later and it’s vague, just some generic terms about promo funds vs cash. Didn’t even use any promo balance for this spin, either. Just straight from the regular wallet. Getting tired of all these extra hoops when it comes to actually getting your money. Anyone else dealing with this or am I just unlucky?

leovegas asked for payslip after a tiny blackjack win, seems a bit much.

So I took a crack at some blackjack, pretty low stakes, not even enough for a decent dinner, and then bam - they hit me up for a payslip to “verify source of funds.” Felt weird, since we’re talking chump change here. I’ve played elsewhere and usually just a quick ID or utility bill was enough if they wanted something. Kinda kills the vibe when they act like you’re laundering millions for a twenty buck win. I don’t like sending out my personal docs to anyone, and especially not when it doesn’t make sense. I get it if someone’s dropping thousands or hitting a jackpot, but I’m just playing for fun and keeping it sensible. Maybe that’s just the new normal now? Don’t wanna seem paranoid, but it makes me think twice before spinning there again. Anyone else got asked for this after tiny wins? Is this happening everywhere now, or did I just get unlucky with this timing?
