draftkings jackpot tab showed eligible but win got marked promo excluded.

I hit for a pretty solid win on one of the progressives under the jackpot tab. It showed as eligible before I started playing, but when the win hit it popped up marked as “promo excluded.” I double checked the fine print later and it’s vague, just some generic terms about promo funds vs cash. Didn’t even use any promo balance for this spin, either. Just straight from the regular wallet. Getting tired of all these extra hoops when it comes to actually getting your money. Anyone else dealing with this or am I just unlucky?
