played wanted for an hour then casino says it was excluded from promo after i cashed out

put in a solid hour on a slot, chasing one of those promised promos, and after i finally cashed out, i get told the game was actually excluded from the offer. there's nothing about this in the promo rules as far as i can tell, unless i'm missing some hidden clause. feels pretty unfair, especially since the game is in the same section as the eligible ones and no warning pops up. anyone seen this before or am i just getting unlucky with timing? trying to figure out if i should push back.

Yeah i’ve seen this, not bad timing, just sloppy promo setup lol. Online casinos love leaving a game in the promo lane then acting like the excluded list lived in a basement somewhere. I had one do that with a Pragmatic slot, played like 90 mins, then suddenly “not eligible” after cashout, real convenient lmao. I’d push back on the timestamp angle specifically, terms when you started vs terms after. That part matters way more than their canned support yapping...

I'd stay calm and ask for a manual review rather than arguing with the first support reply. If there really wasn't a clear exclusion, it's worth having someone else look at it. I've had Gamdom support escalate promo questions before.
