studio issue again

Studio glitch strikes again - dealer froze with the wheel spinning, I waited five minutes before it kicked everyone out. My tea went cold in the time it took for live chat to send their "sorry, we're investigating" message. This isn't the first time either. Seems like every week there’s a random dropout in the middle of a game and nobody’s sure what actually happens to the bets while they sort it out.

Do you guys still trust live dealer setups to handle payouts correctly during these hiccups, or do you bail if the studio keeps messing up?

nah i dont bail just bc the studio hiccuped, the roulette wheel result is usually logged fine. what gets me is the dead support after, i had one freeze sit there 12 minutes and chat knew nothing

honestly if the studio is freezing, i'm out lol. big difference between a dead stream and a dead result, but if i have to guess which one happened, i'd rather just stick to sports betting lmao

dead stream, dead table, same bin for me. if the game provider can't keep a wheel on screen, i'm back on slots before they finish "investigating" and my tea's gone cold again
