stake live baccarat showed tie refund but my balance still dropped.

so i was grinding live baccarat and had a side bet down for tie, game shows “tie refund” for the main hand but my actual balance still went down after the round. i know tie’s supposed to return the original bet and only lose the vig, but this looked like they just straight took the stake. started a chat but support just gives me copy-paste answers about round results.

i’ve seen sketchy glitches before but this is the first time i caught my balance changing when it should’ve been a push. always thought tie rounds were a safe wash. anybody else run into weird refunds like this? starting to wonder if it’s some delay with crypto wallets or just the dealer system bugging out.
