betmgm live baccarat settled tie as push but my side bet disappeared.

had a weird one last night on live baccarat. main hand landed a tie so i expected my main bet to just push like always. but my side bet, which was the pairs bet, just vanished from my bet history like it never happened. no win, no loss, it just didn't show up after the tie hand settled. never seen that before. checked the video and i definitely had it placed.

i know some places treat side bets differently but i always thought they pay or lose no matter what happens to the main bet, unless there's a real glitch. it’s just odd cause the dealer even announced the pairs result before moving on, but my balance stayed the same.

anyone else ever had their side bets disappear after a tie? is this a bug or do some places just void everything on a tie automatically?
