caesars crazy time bet accepted but round history says no participation.

Had something weird happen just now. Put down a decent chunk on Crazy Time, bet got accepted with a confirmation but when the wheel spun, my chip vanished and the round history says I didn't participate. Even checked if the balance moved, and it's showing like I did place the bet, just not credited for anything in the game. Kinda frustrated because I've never seen this before and I usually keep good track of my sessions.

Anyone else ever had this glitch happen on their end? Not sure if it’s a lag issue or something deeper. Would love to hear how people handled it and if support ever sorted it out for you.

Not crazy, live dealer can desync. Accepted ain't settled, ASK for the round id

Round id, sure, but "accepted" is the part that gets people. I've had live poker side bets do that on a bet re-open and vanish.

Yeah, had that once on a promo spin setup, bet showed accepted, history said nothing. What’s the plan? Screenshot everything and push support.

Yep, had that once on a live wheel bet. I figured lag at first and was wrong. Support had to manually credit it after screenshots.

yeah i had that once on a $40 crazy time spin, balance dipped, history blank. same dead feeling as slots eating a click, support took 9 days and called it "desynced"
