Back to Live Dealer

draftkings live blackjack replay shows dealer standing on 16 but round settled as 20.

So I’m watching a live blackjack replay and it clearly shows the dealer stands on 16, but the game result settles as if the dealer got 20. The video doesn't glitch or anything, it just goes straight from 16 to the payout and says dealer has 20. Is this a common issue with these streams or am I missing some subtle house rule about handling misdeals? Been playing enough years to know the usual mistakes, but this feels off, especially since it isn’t the first time I’ve seen something weird during live games. I always double-check my playbacks after any hand over $50, just to stay sane, and this one looks sketchy.

If anyone’s seen anything similar, let me know how you handle it. Do you take a screen recording and complain, or do these things ever get fixed on their own? I know mistakes can happen but I’m wondering how often payouts are actually wrong. What’s your move when you spot a clear dealer error?

Maybe not rigged, but replay desync is real, I've seen live tables lag then settle different. Poker got cleaner than this, dammmn

yeah id complain right then, replays on live stuff are not the source of truth and thats the part people hate hearing. ive seen slow stream nonsense before where the display lags behind the actual game state, same junk as live sports betting when a book grades off feed not what u saw on screen. did the shoe ID and hand number in the replay match the settled hand exactly
