live blackjack decision button greyed out while timer still had time left

Happened to me just now and it’s got me wondering if anyone else has seen this. I was playing live blackjack and my decision button was greyed out with like 5 seconds still left on the timer. Super frustrating since I wanted to hit, not stand, and I know for sure my internet was steady. Lost the hand because of it too, of course. Not the first time it’s glitched like that, but it doesn’t happen every session.

Is this something to do with the table software or is there some casino policy that makes it freeze up like that?
