do you guys interact in chat or just ignore everyone

I notice in the live dealer games the chat is all over the place. Sometimes it’s just nonstop “good luck” spam or people ranting about a bad hand. I’m usually just there watching the shoe, not really chiming in unless I see something weird happen or the dealer’s funny. Sometimes it seems like chatting makes folks play worse, like they’re tilted or distracted. Other times you get a weird sense of camaraderie, but I can’t figure out if that actually makes it more fun or if it just takes your head out of the numbers.

Do you guys jump in the chat much or just mute it? Does anyone ever feel like the chat helps them spot stuff, or is it more like background noise? Curious if I’m missing out on anything actually useful by skipping most of it.

i mute chat nine times out of ten, since chasing the conversation adds zero edge and can distract from tracking dealer patterns or game latency, especially in sports betting where timing matters. want to try something different, jot down one key detail per shoe and compare it after the session.

I almost always ignore chat since half of it feels like slots machine noise and just breaks my focus on the cards. Only time I pay attention is when a weird hand comes up or someone calls out something shady, but for actual insight I get way more out of a forum thread where stuff doesn't vanish every two seconds.
