anyone actually chat with live dealers or does that feel too awkward

When I play live blackjack, sometimes I notice the chat just sits empty. Dealers are friendly but I always wonder if it’s weird to strike up conversation. I mean, sometimes they say good luck or make a quick comment about the cards, but it feels odd to type something back, especially with everyone at the table seeing it. I know some folks joke or say hi but most just stick to the game.

I get the idea of making it a bit more social, and maybe that keeps things relaxed, but honestly I’m mostly focused on my betting patterns. At the same time, I feel like maybe it’s more enjoyable if you interact a little, like you would in a real casino. Do most of you chat, or does it feel awkward since you’re not face-to-face and it’s all in text? Does chatting with the dealer make it feel more real or just kind of forced for you?
