why do live dealer casinos sometimes go offline during peak hours.

Noticed this happens way more when there’s a big sports event or on Saturday nights. One second I’m tracking patterns on the wheel, next thing the feed just cuts out or gives an error. I doubt it’s just my connection since I’m seeing chat flood with complaints too. Sometimes they throw in that “technical difficulties” screen like it’s meant to calm us down or something.

Anyone have a guess what actually causes this? Server overload, staffing limits, some kind of maintenance? I feel like these big casinos would have backup plans, but maybe it’s cheaper to just drop tables. If you’ve worked behind the curtain or seen anything that explains it, I’d be interested to hear. Do you guys just wait it out or move to RNG games when it happens?
