Betway cashier error

Trying to see if anyone else has dealt with weirdness in the cashier section lately. Went to withdraw, got a "processing error" but the balance still went down. My ego almost made me reload out of spite just to prove I could, but my spreadsheet is staring me down hard so I didn't. Now I’m stuck between thinking I broke something or if it’s just a standard glitch on their end.

The best part is live chat is basically a robot with worse jokes than me, and email says they’ll reply in 48 hours, which could mean anything in casino time. Hoping this doesn’t turn into a week-long staring contest with my bank account while my sports bets just hang out in limbo. Got enough stress watching my cashouts as it is, without adding tech gremlins to the mix. Curious if others have found a workaround or if I just need to power up my patience stat for this one.
