responsible gaming limit stuck

Went to adjust my responsible gaming limit since I wanted to chill out after some busy weeks, but the system’s stuck and won’t let me lower or raise it at all. I know they usually make you wait a day or two after changing things, but it’s been over four days and nothing changed. Support is giving me the runaround about backend checks and “system review windows.” Usually, I respect those cool-downs since I think they keep things steady and I’m not trying to mess up my flow, but this seems excessive.

It’s not like I’m a big-time whale, just like to keep everything smooth and controlled. I use limits to help stay in my lane with bankroll. Anyone else hit this wall? Kinda makes me nervous that they’re not being transparent about how their settings work. Didn’t expect this much hassle just to move my weekly limit up by a small amount. Is this just a bad platform, or have you guys run into these weird waiting periods too?
