account limit stuck

so i'm running into this weird issue where my account’s been hard stuck at a really low max bet for about a week, even though i’ve barely played slots or any of the other usual “risk” games. pretty much 90 percent of my time is live dealer poker or blackjack, grinding pretty standard stakes. i don’t use vpns or multi-account or anything like that - i’m probably boringly above board.

i fired off a couple emails to support, got the usual copy-paste about “routine checks” and “responsible gambling”, which isn’t super helpful. i haven’t hit any self-exclusion tools or dropped any big wins lately, so i can’t find a clear reason for the limit. actually starting to wonder if sticking mainly to low-margin games like live dealer poker gets you flagged for limits or something. has anyone else had this happen out of nowhere? is it usually temporary or do i need to switch up games or platforms?
