live dealer account got checked right after i switched to higher table limits

so i moved up to the next higher table limit for blackjack, not even that big, but like 5x what i normally do. almost right away my account needed verification and then got checked for “unusual activity.” nothing else changed and i’ve played lots of sessions at lower limits with no issues ever. they’re holding my balance till i “confirm my info.”

honestly starting to think these guys just hate anyone actually trying to win a bit more. it’s not like i’m pulling counting tricks or whatever, just wanted some better comps. anyone else have this timing? feels super off to me.
